Martin-Simonds conducts over 1,000 training hours annually for A/E firms in subjects ranging from Project Management to Building Client Relations. Leadership Development Program
A systematic, organized approach to developing the attitudes, knowledge and skills essential for leadership in an A/E environment. The program is designed to fill the educational gap most architects, engineers and planners experience when they are promoted to positions of leadership and management.

Making Better Hiring Decisions
This workshop is designed to teach professional interviewing skills and creative strategies to get behind the "candidate curtain" and hire the right employee. Designed to significantly improve the odds of selecting the right person for the job by applying proven, contemporary techniques like "Behavioral Interviewing."

Managing People
The curriculum is designed to enhance the skills of technical professionals in managing people through a series of highly-focused programs. Topics include hiring, interpersonal skills and communication, motivation and coaching, handling performance problems, dealing with conflict, and effective meetings and time management.
