Executive Coaching is offered to technical leaders transitioning to management as well as new CEOs looking for objective, experienced advisors. As part of this service, we provide Management Assessments.

Surveys and Research obtain impartial and unbiased information when measuring employee satisfaction, client satisfaction, new markets, and potential office locations. Our highly effective interview techniques are coupled with an affiliation with a university-based Ph.D. in Psychology to give us the ability to design the right questions and correctly analyze and interpret the results.

CEO Selection Process is a service inspired by our experience designing and guiding the process by which firms select top leaders, when objectivity is critical for a fair and objective decision process.
